Woodland Furniture was started in 1996 by Lynn and Pat Harker, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. It was Pat Harker (whose experience with her own successful design firm, Harker Design) who inspired the reasoning behind Woodland Furniture. She knew that if she could find a resource that followed these four simple ideals…

In 2000, Woodland was awarded the “Shingo Prize” for excellence in lean manufacturing, the highest recognition a manufacturer can receive. Woodland has continued to grow through the addition of Cabinetry, Rugs, Lighting and Upholstery to create a whole home solution for designers.
